Vegas Hub not Working

Hi there,

I've just got installed the Vegas Pro 365 with Vegas Hub on my corporate laptop and although I'm fully connected to the internet I have the following message when I open Vegas Pro:

"You seem to be offline and cannot access Vegas Hub. Make sure you are connected to the internet to see all of the Vegas Hub Information"

I'm sure it is something related to the firewall and that I need to give some special access to the software... Please let me know if you have solved this issue. If finally it is something related to the firewall it would be great to know the specific rules I need to add.

 

In the meantime, do you know if it is possible to access to Vegas Hub via web?
