I'd reinstall graphics card drivers. Download the latest through Vegas Pro/help/driver update.

@ studio-4 I have an Nvidia Geforce hope that helps

@RogerS Thanks reinstalled the graphics card drivers. But how do I go about downloading thru Vegas Pro/help/driver update ?

RogerS wrote on 6/15/2021, 8:04 PM

Help menu, then click driver update. Don't use the gaming driver, use the NVIDIA Studio one. Vegas can help you find it.

If you have an Intel processor it likely has an integrated GPU and you also need that driver. Vegas can find that for you as well.

@RogerS I'm confused do you mean the website ? Because I don't see a help menu

@RogerS And yes I do have an intel processor

I guess I'm baffled at this point. Vegas Pro 18 has a help menu. It's in there after all the other menus.
