Vegas Image not launching

I just upgraded to Vegas Post, but Vegas Image is not launching. I have uninstalled and re-installed it. Restarted my computer too. Can't figure it out. TIA.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz
32 GB of RAM
Intel HD Graphics 630 display card.

SOLVED. Simple fix. Graphics card needed to be updated.

VEGAS Image has the same system requirements as Imerge Pro from FXhome, so:

Graphics card

2GB graphics memory for projects up to 24MP. 4GB+ for projects over 24MP

Windows

Intel HD Graphics 620 (2016)

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 10 Series (2016)

AMD Radeon RX 400 Series (2016)

Apple

Dedicated cards from 2012 onwards

OpenGL 4.1 and OpenCL 1.2 support.
