I used a program called IPEVO Annotator to dictate over a PowerPoint presentation that I made. I created this presentation in parts. This generated WMV files which which contained the annotations I made during the presentation using a Microsoft Surface Tablet. I then dropped these WMV files in Sony Vegas Pro v13.0 to put them all together. For some reason, Sony Vegas strips away all of the annotations made to the video. The video preview doesn't show them, nor do they exist in the end result when I render the entire project as a finished file. There must be some setting which keeps the annotations intact. I've tried Adobe Premiere and Windows Movie Maker, and both seem to show the video with my markings - Sony Vegas, however, does not.
