Vegas keyboard & next version of Vegas

I'm new to Vegas and am considering purchasing the dedicated keyboard. Do most of you use this device? Any thoughts as to whether it might change in some way with the next version of Vegas - any thoughts when that next version might come?

I really doubt that the keyboard shortcuts would change with the next version of Vegas. If that happened, all the Vegas users who use keyboard shortcuts would have to relearn them. It would be a very big deal. It would be too much of a hassle for Sony to attempt to do that. What I can see happening, is they add some new functionality and new keyboard shortcuts. This would not be reflected on the current worldtech keyboard. But it would only be a few that you would have to learn, the rest will still be on your keyboard.
