Vegas LE Record?

I received a copy of Vegas LE when I purchased Sound Forge 6.
Should I be able to record audio with this version?
I don't seem to be able to pick the audio drivers in the preferences dialog even.

Assuming this is VV LE 3;

In preferences, select "Windows Classic Wave Driver", then your I/Os for your card/s should display for Default Record/Playback Device.

Then in the Audio track, right-click on the Record button to choose the input.
In the Master Bus select to output.
