Vegas & M-audio IO Digital Mixer or alternate ?

1 - Will Vegas work with the M-Audio Project Mix IO Control Surface and Firewire Interface ?

Will each chanel record onto a seperate track in Vegas?

2 - What other alternatives for mechinal faders/sliders exist so you can control levels to each chanel with faders?

I just bought a ProjectMixI/O and it works with Vegas and the other Sony projects when booted into Cubase mode (press Aux2 on device when you turn it on) or Logic mode (press Aux3).
