Insider's Tip: How to avoid reflections in your glasses.
Rather than getting u/v coated glass, do what I did. I went to lens express, spent $150 (ouch!) on those pair of frames alone, and am wearing them with nothing in the frames at all... so it's all air... looks like real glasses, but without any reflections...

sure, just learned myself, a "lower 1/3rd" is that title bar in the lower third of the screen, like they have on newscasts, cnbc etc, eg the animation with the name in the bottom..

Nice clip. I have the Visual Comm software but haven't done anything with it yet.

How about adding a hairlight to separate your head from the background. The #3 slide stays on a bit too long, prefer to cut back to your talking head sooner. And, maybe add a hint of a smile. Just my opinion.

Otherwise, the audio is clear. Nice suit. And, the Ultra set looks great!

Teleprompter eye contact was much better

Contrast between you and the Virtual set seemed better matched

Still think you could be a little sharper in focus. This may be a compression issue but you seem just a touch too soft and that draws attention away from your message.

Everyone hates looking at boring Powerpoint slides so put yourself in the shot or split the screen up so we get a more personal presentation. Or put a little more life into the slides.

Sound is good - your voice sounds good!

Lower thirds looks fine. The yellow color of the 3 tips on the right looks a little too basic -- like a PowerPoint default color -- doesn't match the subletiy of your muted moving background. --IMHO --This is probably nit-picky others may have better suggestions.

Ultra set looks good and appropriate.

Hi Tom, great comments, appreciate it... yes the softening was due to compression, original 850-meg .avi sharper :p Good points re powerpoint slide issues, I'll work on spicing up the presentation, w/movement or in-person ... thanks .. excellent ideas, that's exactly what I was looking for..

thx David, agree - need a hairlight, more smiles, dynamic slides/faster on #3 ... used seriousmagic.com's ultra + vegas 4 for this ..

re teleprompter, thx... still just me reading words off a page, but this time I cut a hole in the middle of the page, so it's right on the camera lens, looks like that's better than hanging the page below the camera... will build/make a proper teleprompter in new location soon...
