So i bought Vegas Movie Studio 13 Platinum but did not recieve an email with download or cd-key activation ? How em i supposed to recieve the item i purchased or is it just not possible ?

Have you checked your JUNK folder?

Did you supply a valid email address?
If you made a typo when filling out your email address, the confirmation email with links and codes can't be sent and will be bounced back to Magix. If this is what has happened, you will have to contact Magix support on Monday and get help.

Yes i have checked junk and spam folders its not there. Also i have tryed to contact support but they arent responding.

The problem has been solved thanks to m2016
