Vegas Movie Studio 9.0 HD_Importing File

Please, Help! I am new to this video editing or rendering. I tried to import mp4 file, size over 2Gb and keep getting error message. I had no problem less than 2 gb. Run on Window Xp, NTFS formatted Hard Drive, Pentium 4, 3 Ghz, 1g ram.

I heard of this problem before. Maybe you want to change the MP4 to MOV, or re-encode to another format.
