I'm running Windows 8.1 64 bit here

---By won't start, I mean I click the icon on the App screen to open the program or go find the file under Program Files and double-click to open (I've also tried running as Administrator, and many compatibility mode settings), and nothing happens at all. No error or message or crash or anything
---I've tried uninstalling (even using Revo Uninstaller, ripping all registry entries out, deleting all associated files it finds, reinstalling) and reinstalling
---I've tried installing different builds.
---I've searched different internet forums extensively, with no luck (one person said they had to repartition their hard drive for it to work - I'm not ready to try that yet)
---Nothing works for my computer so far, all my other programs and operating system are functioning fine,
