Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 11.0 - Audio out of sync Fixed in VMS 14?

I am having trouble with out of sync audio on videos captured from VHS tapes, when rendered to DVD Architect Studio 5. Is this fixed in Vegas Movie Studio 14? I am using Windows 7 64 bit.

DVD Architect 7 is now bundled with MS. Your best choice would be to download a trial and check for yourself.
