Hi I got a project which is divided into the following:
Main Screen Menu [Videos] - Submenu showing 4 icons for video clips
[Photos] - Submenu - 2000 - Sub Menu Q1 - SlideShow Jan
- SlideShowFeb
- SlideShowMar
Sub Menu Q2
Sub Menu Q3
Sub Menu Q4
[Photos] - Submenu - 2001
[Photos] - Submenu - 2002
[Photos] - Submenu - 2003
[Photos] - Submenu - 2004
Each Picture sub year, has a sub Q1 with a slide show for each month
Each sub menu's background is a photo JPEG size about 2M size. (4Mega pixel camera). Each slideshow as about 20 photos average (Photo 2M size each)
When I try to prepare the DVD under DVD Arch. Studio, I get the message that my menu size exceeds 1 GB and cannot proceed.
Only when I reduce the level of sub menus to only 3 layers as opposed to 5, then I can get to the next stage of rendering \ burning.
My question:
Is the DVD Arc. really limited to 3 level of menu making? Or as my friends say,
They claim that it is because my high resolution photos were taking too much space and my menu background photos need not be so high resolution.
Their solution was to resize all the photos to a DVD size (something like 800X600).
I do not want to resize like 2000 over photos and re-link them before hearing from you guys.
