Vegas + NEWBLUE Titler Pro crashes

Hi, NEWBLUE Titler Pro crashes/blocks when i use it.

It tells me to update my GPU-driver.

Afterwards Vegas crashes and ask me to send a report.

Titler Pro worked fine till today...

I updated my GPU yesterday to the newest version...the cause?

Do i have to send this message to NewBlue? (Vegas crashes also)

You need to roll back your GPU Driver to the older version you previously had installed.
Make sure your computer is NOT set to automatically install the latest Graphics Card Driver.
You may need to reset Vegas after doing this.
Also remember to re-boot your computer before trying Vegas/NewBlue Titler again.

Windows may be able to roll back the Driver for you.
Go to Control Panel/Device Manager
Find Display Adaptor and right-click Graphics Card
Select Driver/Roll Back Driver

If that does not work, go to AMD or Nvidia and download older Driver for your Graphics Card.
Un-install Graphics Driver, then install older Driver.

Reset instructions for Vegas:
Hold down the CTRL + SHIFT keys at the same time AND ALSO AT THE SAME TIME double click program icon on Desktop to Boot program.
Window will pop up.
Select Delete all Cached Application Data and then press Yes.

Thanks for replying Dr Zen. but....in the end this is a 'no' solution.

It's NewBlue who has to update his software and make it work into the major envirenmont like Windows, Intel, Nvidia, etc.... not vice-versa.

I do other graphic work with my computer than Vegas, i want the latest updates.

I'm not going to cripple my machine with installing Win-XP or sortlike stuff.

Problem solved...i had a old Titler-pro version.

Lost a half day of work.

Cannot find info about here or no one did inform me about this.

Rik, thanks for contacting NewBlue support so we could get everything working again. When having any issues with any NewBlue product, that is always the best/quickest way to get support.
