Vegas Photoshop Template Help

OK…I know this is probably a question that gets asked a lot but I have searched around and cannot find the answer. I want to make a template for Photoshop that I can use for creating menus and title screens for Vegas. Canvas Size??? Title/Image Safe Zone??? Would someone please be kind enough to give me a rough step by step? Is there one I can download from some where?

Are you working in NTSC or PAL? They have different frame sizes.

You could create a still from Vegas and use that as the background.

You can actually change the action safe area and title safe area in Vegas preferences, but I think it defaults to 10% and 20%.

If you're working in Pshop CS, this is already done as a template for you.
