@Richard-Thrift Hi, do you have these in your Start menu?

Try to find them by clicking Windows logo on a keyboard and typing VEGAS Effects and\or VEGAS Image and pin them to the taskbar.

@Richard-Thrift Hi, do you have these in your Start menu?

I don't have effects in my start menu. I do have the shortcut on my desktop.

Try to find them by clicking Windows logo on a keyboard and typing VEGAS Effects and\or VEGAS Image and pin them to the taskbar.

If I try to open Image it tells me to register. But no window has opened to allow me to put the code in. :/

@Richard-Thrift

You need to activate Vegas Pro with the Vegas Post serial number.

Here's one usually fail-safe way to activate post:

Install VEGAS Pro using the post serial number.

Install VEGAS Effects and VEGAS Image.

Put a piece of media on the timeline, a video clip, in VEGAS Pro.

Right click on it and select "edit in VEGAS Effects".

Effects will launch, then go through the registration process. Image should register then as well.
