Vegas Post 365 Downloading issue

I subscribed to the Vegas Post 365 and download it but when I try to open it it's saying, "error for site owner". I looked it up and some say to change your google settings, but I don't know how to do that. It didn't even download onto my desktop. When i try to open it up in my files on my computer it brings me straight to that website. I have a Windows 11. Was really excited to use this software. Please help!

What are you trying to open? The downloaded file? You say it didn't download but then say you tried to open it up? Doesn't make sense.

Where does Google fit in? It is a search engine.

So when I bought the program it sent me a conformation email and it had links in the email to download the software. It downloaded into my files but every time I try to open it, it brings me to a site that says ( I copied and pasted so I'm making some sense if that's not allowed, I'm sorry)

Did it download just one file or several? What is the name of the file(s)?

I think I figured it out... had to change some firewall/security settings. Thank you both for your help :)
