Vegas Post Gone

Hello,

I am not sure what happened, but I went to edit a movie a few moments ago and was prompt to reactivate my license. Normally it does this after an update, but the last update was a few weeks back and since then I've used VP19 with no issues. I went online to my product page to get my activate code and VP19 Pro/Suite is missing completely from the list. All of my other past accounts are there except for VP19.

Image, Effects, Stream and Sound Forge no longer work as they were linked to VP19.

Anyone have an idea of what could cause this?

Just checked, same issue on my desktop. I was prompt to reactivate my license and the supplied code is not working.

Error code: -14

Both computers are running Windows 11 and specs are in my signature, but none of that should matter since my purchase is missing on the website.

Also, manually registering the product like the tips says does nothing.

Error code -14 typically means that a legitimate Magix license is being used on the wrong product. We would suggest double checking the license and the software you're using it on to be sure that it is the correct serial number to activate said software.

Just an update, I contacted Support like Neal suggested in a DM. They advised me that my serial number became locked, but would not say why. They then advised me to contact Sales, which I did.

As of today, three days after contacting them, I have not heard anything back on this matter. I have not been able to finish any projects that were due this weekend and I am getting absolutely railed by these two clients.
