Vegas Pro 11, 5.1 sound import

Not really that important, but VP11 imports the audio from my Sony Handycam CX580V as stereo but Adobe Soundbooth imports the file as true 5.1. What setting do I need to change in VP11 to get it to import as 5.1?

Start in a 5.1 project.
