Vegas pro 11 render crash

I am having a very frustrating time trying to render a timeline with vegas pro 11. Just seeing if anybody might have suggestions to try as at the moment i can't get the complete t/l to render to any format without vegas crashing. The project is HD 720p with three tracks of uncompressed 720p video and basic audio. Two of the tracks have BCC 7 chromakey FX, and i think this might be part of the problem but the sony keyer does not provide the results i need. I am rendering to umcompressed 720p AVI. At the moment my work around has been to render in small one minute segments and this works most of the time but is painfully slow and labour intensive! The project does seem to work ok being able to scrub the timeline and playback etc.. although i certainly have had random crashes while the t/l has been playing back. ram preview is set at 200, i have tried different core numbers and GPU/cpu rendering settings with no improvement.

Thanks for any suggestions.
