Vegas Pro 12 Stopped Working / Can't Get Into It

I recently purchased a CybertronPC with Windows 7 Home Prem 64bit. Looks like plenty of horsepower under the hood. After installing Vegas, I tried to open it, but it stops right at the GPU something something part and I get the "Vegas Has Stopped Working" error message. It's never fully opened on this new machine. Very frustrating as you all can imagine. Here's my computer: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0080NQEJK/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Would love some help to get Vegas going! Thanks for your assistance.

Have you manually gone to the nVidia or ATI/Geforce sites and downloaded the latest driver for your graphics card? Never trust Windows to supply it.

If the latest drivers don't fix your problem, try removing the Crossfire Bridge. It does nothing for you in Vegas. I don't do gaming, so I've never messed with Crossfire or SLI. I don't know if there's a BIOS setting. Your PC may be new enough to be using UEFI BIOS which is easier to navigate.

Also, since it's a gaming computer, make sure it didn't come overclocked. As a general rule you don't want to overclock an editing PC, but if you must, at least wait until the O/S and Vegas are working happily.\ together.
