Vegas Pro 12 will not load

Program will not load from the desktop Icon. Re-installed and is the same.

might help if you gave some detailed info - os, sys specs, etc., etc.,

Try a Vegas reset. Hold CTRL+SHIFT when launching Vegas. This will reset Vegas to it's default setting though.
