Vegas Pro 13 crashes while rendering

So I've rendered this video 8 times now and it keeps crashing through out the render. I've already turned off multi core in preferences. I don't know what else to do and its quite annoying. Please help

Have tried set DRAM to 0 (zero) ?

Ye I did that already and it still crashes

Is it crashing on the same place?

I think the last chance I will do after your situation is, to render part by part, to other intermediate format (like Sony MXF or Sony XAVC), then from these partial intermediate formats, put again to new timeline, render to your final delivery format.
