David,

Thank you for the link.. Sadly, it did not help.. I checked the 'disable display scaling on high dpi settings' and noticed no difference at all (I would think you would WANT it to scale, right? scale larger) Also, adjusting the settings under screen resolution only made the fonts larger, not the icons..

:(

I guess I better get a hotkey to the magnifier tool

I edited the vegas130.exe manifest and set dpiAware to FALSE.. Now everything scales correctly (although a little blurry)! See here:

Not sure if this is a Sony problem or a Windows problem...

Just upgraded to Vegas 13 assuming this problem should have been fixed, but apparently it is not. Have now spent a number of hours trying to get this acceptable, but so far no luck.

It's about time you fix this bug (yes, reporting dpiaware as true when the application is not should be considered a bug). Right now Vegas is unusable on high dpi screens.

Any timeframe for this?

This is a peer forum.
You need to use the links at the top of the page to submit a support ticket.

Finally managed a workaround for this by editing the manifest of the .exe file.
Hope this gets properly fixed in future releases.

Nice if you found a workaround! I also suffer from the tiny controls on my WQHD display. Shame on SCS not fixing this issue.

Can you kindly share in detail your method so those of us that do not understand what editing the manifest of an exe-file means :) ? Of course - on our own risk :)

not sure what you're problem is - using catleap wqhd with no problem. simply used windows disp properties and size 110% - fine for everything

I would also be interested in the details of your "fix".

Thanks!
