Vegas Pro 13 Suite Upgrade Boxed Version?

I'd like to upgrade to Vegas 13 Suite, but with the boxed version.

Can you get the boxed version at the discount or only by download?

With all that software, I like original disks and clean serial numbers.

The first thing Vegas does when you install it is to make you download the latest version. Skip the delay and just download the latest version.

I suppose so, I got the option but it'd charge some extra for shipping. If it comes with manual it might actually have been worth it, it's 600+ pages I believe.
