Hi everybody!
I did a mistake disintalling Boris from pc because I tought there were missing plugins.
After that I tried to install it again (only Boris) with my product link that Vegas pro provided when I bought it by e-mail, the program seems installed inside the pc in the same hard disk where Vegas is, but opening Vegas I can not visualize any BCC plugin, only BCC Browser that is actually useless.
I tried to contact Boris Fx support and they sent me an uninstalling procedure to follow and new installing link, but did NOT work neither.
I do not know what to do, I don't want to make more troubles than what I have right now with it.
I use windows 10 with an Asus notebook and yes I put the serial number in the installing window.
Anybody had the same problem? Can you help me?
