6th time rendering, 8 minute HD video it stops rendering at different points each time, and keeps going but not rendering. I let it run for an hour the first time, and it clearly won't ever stop as it isn't continuing it is just adding time... I had to force crash the program to get it to stop. As cancelling it doesn't work. I need to get this project done!! 

I'm using windows 10 Pro version 1607

64 bit operating system

editing on a 125 gig SSD drive with 2 TB standard drive where files are located. 

Vegas Pro 14.0 Build 161 64 bit

Trying to render as a windows media file v11 .wmv

8mbps HD 1080-30p video as it works best on youtube/facebook/and the other sites I produce content for...
