Vegas Pro 14 upgrade not showing installed program

I upgraded to Vegas Pro 14 last night and noticed the program wouldn't show up in my program files nor programs list. However in Program files there is an empty "VEGAS 14" folder, so I know it did something. I tried reinstalling and it wouldn't let me, restarted my computer and it still didn't show up. Tried using my serial number with the 30-day trial version and I got the "this serial is already regisrered under a different copy of the software" message. Help??

Vegas requires a 64-bit operating system

Other versions have worked fine on this comuter though??

Other (older) versions were available as 64 bit and also as 32 bit programs

This program only available as 64 bit since Vegas Pro 12. Vegas Pro 11 was the last 32 bit version.
