I video and compile our church's events and make a souvenir book at the end of the year. When it comes to capturing still frames, the Sony PlayMemories Home app, to me, appears to produce a better quality frame capture from the video than when saving a snapshot to a file (.png) from within VP14.
The Sony app has been unreliable for me in the past, crashing on startup and not being able to access anything.

If anyone has any suggestions to how to get higher quality captures from within VP14 and maybe also suggest a file management application to catalog the videos and photos, it will be greatly appreciated.
