Vegas Pro 15 Taking all my CPU!

I previously used Sony Vegas Pro 13 and had no problems with lag. Now as I "upgraded" to Vegas Pro 15, I have constant lag with previewing the video. I edit similar clips that I edited with 13, but the difference is that now it lags a lot. I have 32 Gt of RAM and i5-6600K CPU @ 3.5GHz processor.

So, I think the problem is that Vegas 15 is using my CPU rather than RAM. Could it be the case? I have tried all the stuff that is provided at the forums and YouTube. If you have any ideas on what to do or if you need more information, let me know!

@Cornico Might be the case. Interesting that I didn't have any problems with Vegas Pro 13, but with Vegas Pro 15 it doesn't matter if I edit a 3 minute clip with bad preview quality. Guess it is better to go back to 13. :/

In VP15 try disabling "so4compoundplug.dll" – see here.
