Vegas Pro 15 to VEGAS Pro Post 21 upgrade

Hi guys,

My first post here :). Since I could not find any email for purchase inquiries does anyone know whether I am eligible for a product update form Vegas Pro 15 to VEGAS Pro Post 21? I am not sure since my version is old and it is a different product line than the "Post" one.
