Vegas Pro 16 Cookie Cutter isn't active but still cuts off right side?

I'm making a highlight reel for my brother's high school senior season. For each clip, I pause the clip at the beginning and apply a circle around him to show where he is at that given point. I wasn't having any problems, until I tried to put the circle on the right side of the screen. I cannot put it in a certain part of the screen, a sort of half circle that stops at the middle of the screen. I knew I recognized it, because it is from the cookie cutter setting. I'm not sure why it's here or how to get rid of it. Help!https://prnt.sc/mj8waq

Try using Vegas motion tracker to see if you can motion track a black circle over where your brother is. It will save you a lot of time. Then you can use that as a mask that shows a duplicate clip that has been darkened beneath, so the entire screen except your brother is dark. Or, you can apply a blur effect to the bottom copy.

Thanks! I figured it out, in my video track cookie cutter was enabled for some reason. Got rid of it and was more successful. :D
