VEGAS PRO 16 "Create an activation code PROBLEM"

Hello, I just rebooted my computer and my sony vegas 16 pro was uninstalled. I deleted all my devices on the magix page with my product and I want to create a new activation code with the computer ID as it was, but I keep seeing this message: "Error during activation. Activation failed, try again later." Could this be a problem with the windows operating system? I dont know what to do about it and i want to make a montage so please help me if you know how. Peace

Your registered serial numbers all all in your Magix Software Account. If it isn't there, you possibly have a cracked or pirated version of the software.

You can install 2 versions of VEGAS (Sony hasn't been involved for years, at least 3 with VP16) on separate PC's with different computer ID's. And, if you decide to delete one of them, no problem. You can in your Magix user account. With the serial number in your Magix account, you can see what computer ID is being used and if you have another "free" one.

You can not create a new activation code. The one given to you when you bought the software is all you need.
