Dear Sir/Madam,

My computer crashed, so I purchased a new computer windows 10 and installed Vegas Pro 16. Initially the programmed Launched okay but had two issues;

1. The programme became in compatible with Newbluefx Filters 5 Ultimate plugin

2. The programme couldn't render Videos

So tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application. After reinstallation, Vegas Pro 16 has refused to launch.

Please need help with this. Kind regards
