Vegas Pro 17.0 - can't open saved projects / grey screen error

It is really hurtful its taking over 6 months to resolve this issue. Ticket#2022012517003297 I have three different editing software on this laptop without any problems. It hurts me because I only want vegas but magix cant find a person that can solve my issue. I just want vegas to continue working and allow me to open my saved projects. This is time and money wasted... all the online tutorials i attended and learned vegas skills for the last ten years for nothing...

Not at all, but people reading your 3rd post really need to know the history. Without any history given, this post looks like being just a vent, and there is little for anyone on the forum to offer suggestions other than to ask you to provide details - i.e. what is already in your previous posts.

Please be reminded that this the forum is a peer-to-peer forum and not Vegas Support. That you got assistance in your 2nd post from 2 Vegas staff members is something that doesn't happen all the time.

@Dexcon this is actually a "vent" post to show other costumers that this could be happening to them. I get one email a week from various support people who have me doing all these tests to no avail... I get this is peer-to-peer but i put the ticket number so the people in the know can see it also. If the 4 different "experts" from support couldnt help, what can another peer do? If my program is working fine, I wont have to come here with posts every month. I am vegas/magix products biggest fan, this is why it hurts that the company brushes me off like a nobody.

@dbUnlimitedTv, thanks for the ticket #. I just spoke with the rep handling this for you. Looks like you've done the same thing there as you have here and started more than one ticket. The ticket you reference above is the one he created for you to unify the others.

So now it sounds like you responded to his question in that ticket just recently without answering the specific questions he asked.

Perhaps it seems to users sometimes that the questions they ask are useless, but they are not. He's trying to get to the bottom of this for you. Please work with him and give the answers to his questions. And please keep all of your correspondence with him limited to that one ticket so he doesn't have to search for information across multiples. I suspect the moderators and those who are trying to help you here would greatly appreciate the same courtosy.
