Do you know exaclty the differences between Vegas Pro and Vegas POST ?
Is Vegas POST simply a plugin/bridge to HitFilm or a completely different product/suite ?
In V17 "What's new" the last line reports: "VEGAS POST integration". Does it mean POST is simply a plugin/bridge to HitFilm already included (or in developing stage) in V17 ?
Are there any release date and/or pricing ?

They held off on releasing post to put some final tweaks in, but it's coming very soon. Exactly what it is is vague at this point, but it appears to be a custom version of hitfilm that integrates directly with Vegas with a single click interface. Vegas Post is a bundle that includes Vegas Effects, which is the hitfilm stuff (or at least made by the same folks), and Vegas Image, a RAW image editing app.

That is kind of disappointing.
What were you expecting? It's literally what they advertised with an additional image editing app thrown in.
