Hello Community,

Today I wanted to import a .mkv video(I turned ON the "import .mkv files" function in options...), but when I'm trying to drag the video in/select it in "import media"/choose the video in explorer, Vegas Pro freezes when I even just click on the video to import.

I need to edit this video as soon as possible, so please help me!!

My PC specs:

CPU: AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor 3.50GHz

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 6GB

RAM: 3.4GB
