Hello, Ive been using Vegas 17 for one year now and today i wanted to edit a video again.
I did all the editing and i had no problems at all.
But after i have pressed "Render" Vegas crashes and displays "Vegas Pro has stopped working"
I have been looking for a fix for 3 Hours now and i havent found it, thats why im asking u guys.
Any help would be appreciated.
I just ran into crashing again as well. I am on Pro 18 and every update I pray that it will be a crash fix. Unfortunately, the latest build of Pro 18 had me believe the random crashes were fixed. I even bought a brand new XPS17 laptop with RTX 2060 card, but it just crashes randomly when I use the NVENC/MAGIX rendering modes. I just now happened to have luck with the Sony MVC render as. Try different render as settings and hope that it works. It seems to be random. As far as I can tell, it has nothing to do with hardware or version of Vegas. It is mainly luck and some render as settings that happen to work. Good luck!
@filthy-richmf Which build of VP 17? Try the last one which if I recall is 452.
What are your system specs and which render template did you choose?
Try Tools>Scripting>Batch Render...
Can this be an alternate?
