Vegas Pro 17 Severe User Interface Lag

Idk what happened, one minute I'm working on a project and I close it for the night, the next I open it and the UI is the most laggiest thing I ever seen. I tried to find some way of fixing this, but there has not been a single solution to this. If someone has a way of fix this please tell me, I have a project due tomorrow for my CS class and I can't have it turned in late. I've linked a video below about my problem, it shows how the lag is and I forgot to show that when I play audio the play bar doesn't move until I pause it, then it jumps to the place where I stopped the audio.

Try a full system reboot. Make sure GPU drivers are up to date (using studio or enterprise drivers for nvidia or amd, respectively). Try resetting VEGAS settings by holding ctrl and shift while opening VEGAS.

Systems:

Desktop

AMD Ryzen 7 1800x 8 core 16 thread at stock speed

64GB 3000mhz DDR4

Geforce RTX 3090

Windows 10

Laptop:

ASUS Zenbook Pro Duo 32GB (9980HK CPU, RTX 2060 GPU, dual 4K touch screens, main one OLED HDR)

Nope, doesn't work, I just checked out my drivers and they are on the latest update. I also did the Ctrl - Shift while opening Vegas and it doesn't work.

Uninstall and re-install VEGAS. Or maybe try a system restore. Something changed from the time you were using VEGAS successfully.
