Vegas Pro 17 Suite installation problem

Be careful if you order this suite. Absolutely none of the extras installed for me. I have contacted support and all they could tell me was to reinstall. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I even removed all register entries for the extras software (Boris and Steinberg) but to no avail. Finally, I reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled my entire system. Nothing worked. None of the extra products will install properly on my system. (Boris and Steinberg) Vegas Pro 17 installed fine and works, but I paid $100 extra for nothing. I asked for a refund of the $100 extra I paid for the suite, but they stopped responding to me. Not good PR!

My struggle with the Suite installation was with the Boris FX plugins. Following all the links and waited .... waited... and waited for the email that never came. Sapphire installed no problem. Steinberg, well... it too installed, but it was exactly clear on how. They have this "eLicenser" key thing. Not sure if it integrates into VP. I do know it loads up as a standalone app. Not really going to use it.

I contacted Boris, got an email from them in a couple of days. The person who responded was extremely helpful. So much so, I was informed that I could get a discount on Boris Continuum complete with perpetual license and upgrade to 2021 at a greatly discounted price. I jumped on it and have everything Boris showing up.

So I have everything installed and working. I do agree that the installation instructions could be more clear and concise on what to do and what to expect and how to access the addons within the program.
