Vegas Pro 17 - Video Stablization Problems

Ruby888 wrote on 8/11/2019, 12:19 PM

I have been having a LOT of problems with Vegas Pro 17 on my Win 10 Laptop (i7 SSD, 16GB RAM 6 GB Video RAM , running the latest NVIDIA Studio driver, trying to do special effects like stabilization and the program crashes all the time. I tired the exact same in Vegas Pro 16 and its 100% stable. No idea whats going on. Should I get a refund or wait for a fix from Magix? Why is Vegas Pro 16 running perfect?

Did you give the official support a chance to try to help you?

I have an email into them. The stabilization on 17 is better when I got it to work. But I am using 16 until this is resolved. I can't waste time on bugs all the time.
