vegas pro 17 will crash

Hello, I installed vegas pro 17, when I have to upload videos the program crashes and I get this message:

I don't know what it is due to and I don't know how to use the program. does anyone have any solutions?

Your question is not clear at all. Be specific as to exactly what you are doing when this crash occurs! What format/preset are you selecting when rendering? etc, etc... Try providing a bit more detail.

Hi, the problem occurs when on a new project I try to open a video (mp4) or image (png, jpg) file while it does not occur with audio (mp3) files.

I get the same issue. I even click on a mp4 file and it crashes. MOV files get the same result. I'm about to post something on Youtube to get help. If I find a solution I'll let this forum know. I guess we just have to help each other.
