Vegas Pro 17 Won't open

Recently I've been having a hard time trying to open Vegas Pro 17. Every time I try to open it the report client opens up. I even tried the uninstall reinstall method and I'm still having the same problem. What else can I do?

Depends on the hardware you use and did not tell us.

We need system specs, windows version, and the build of Vegas (it pops up on the splash screen while Vegas is loading) you are using.
