Vegas Pro 18 - Unable to Import AVI File from Camtasia Recording

Hello Vegas Community,

Hope everyone is well.

Recently, hit a wall with trying to get these darn .AVI files to play. Origin of the file is camtasia screen recorder, with the CODECS being .tscc (techsmith screen capture).

I have downloaded the .tscc CODEC from techsmith but the files still won't play in vegas. Any recommendations to get vegas to recognize the below files? As others have mentioned I have like a thousand files I would prefer not to convert.

Does anyone have any suggestions that might get this .AVI to play in vegas pro 18? All help is welcome.

Batch convert them to a common format using a free tool like ShutterEncoder. Try one of the AVC/h264 delivery formats. If it can't open it either see if the manufacturer has conversion software.
