VEGAS Pro 19, 20, 21 crashes on launch

It shows "Initializing GPU-accelerated video processing..." (on VEGAS 19 "Creating File I/O Manager") and the crash report opens immediately:

I'm trying this on ASUS TUF Gaming F15 laptop with Windows 10 64-bit.

11th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-11400H @ 2.70GHz

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU

I updated the Intel Video drivers and NVIDIA drivers - both with latest studio/game ready drivers. I even checked if installing NVIDIA drivers modify that OpenCL.dll and yes, with each install it replaces it but none of the versions work with VEGAS for me.

I had an older license to VEGAS 14, and that works perfectly. The problem I have only starts with VEGAS 19 to the latest.

Try this one:

Make backup copy of your OpenCL.dll first...

Oh, thank you very much! Replacing the opencl.dll with the one you linked fixed both VEGAS 19, 20 and VEGAS 21 for me.

I spent a week during the holidays searching and trying out different drivers, dlls and tips, and I've almost given up on using VEGAS on my new laptop. Thanks again!
