VEGAS PRO 19 365  Again, some problems with vegas -

 Again, some problems with vegas. This time: 

I took a chance and bought vegas 19 - 365, it worked for about a month. Today when I wanted to do a project this popped up! 
I installed from scratch, reset the internet settings nothing helped. I urgently need to do one project, I got up very early today to do it and what... Vegas... ehhh 

Anyone know how to fix this quickly? I wrote to magix support, but they told me to wait a few days! How can they sell something like that :/ 

All other [ AF adobe , Corel .... ]programs work fine but as usual vegas has a problem.

I also turned off the firewall [ this is not wise ]

I checked on another computer [ laptop ] and it is the same. Old Vegas 16 works and this new 19 does not. what a piece of crap this program is.

Salah, that error message simply says that the program could not communicate over the internet. Do you have a firewall that could be blocking the communication? Could you try a different internet connection? (Perhaps through a cell-phone hotspot or something?)

Yes, it is a problem in communication with the Internet, but only when Vegas checks the license - I think.  However, I now have a solution, I connect then through my smartphone, vegas checks the license, and then I switch to my router. Everything then works :)
