vegas pro 19 STILL not loading!

So I downloaded the update. I don't want to keep shutting off the internet on my PC in order to load this software, so I thought this update would fix this. NO it STILL won't load with my internet on. All it does is show the initial splash and then bam it disappears altogether. This should not be such a hassle, I paid over $300 for this software so I didn't expect something like this to happen. Am I the only one experiencing this still? Frustrated beyond belief at this point. Please fix this issue ASAP VEGAS

Interesting. I installed the same update on an updated Win 10 Pro build and no problems.

Now, how to fix your specific problem considering that everyone that has downloaded the patch have reported success, I'd suggest you contact support with your issues, including your serial number, computer specs (specific make/model CPU, GPU if used, RAM, OS)., and how far it gets in the splash window. It does tell you what is being loaded.

Not to add salt to the wound, but it worked fine on my two computers with Windows 10..If you have not done this, give it a try. CTRL-ALT-DEL and kill any Vegas apps running. Then reinstall the update and try that.

Please describe the problem in more detail. The auto shutdown post May 3 issue is fixed.
