Vegas pro 20 360 video equirectangular from insta360 not works, HELP

I am using Insta360 Studio to export 360-degree videos, but the exported videos are in equirectangular format. I have tried reducing the resolution to 1980x990, but it doesn't seem to work. I have followed all the steps here:

  1. Import Video
  2. Project Settings
  3. 360° Mode in Video Preview
  4. Stitch Video
  5. Angle of View
  6. Stabilization
  7. Text
  8. Render

However, at step 3: 360° Mode in Video Preview, I don't see the icon with the direction. I can't move the direction with the mouse. What is wrong? Could you make a video? I have read that many people are having the same problem.

You should update your help and website. The 360 Output checkbox is located in a different tabs!!!

You need to fix a bug with the GTX960 video card. The 360 View Change function only works with the Intel video card. This is why I couldn't change the perspective from the 360 window.

I don't think I'll buy it if it doesn't work.

I found a solution on my own, just change OPENGL GDI to compatible. I hope it's helpful for anyone who has the same problem.
