Vegas Pro 20 build 411 Won't Launch

Just installed Vegas Pro 20 build 411. Vegas Pro 19 was working on this system earlier today. After installing 20 I can't get 20 to open and version 19 and 18 will no longer open either. I have tried Rebooting, doing the ctrl+shift launch to reset, uninstalling, and reinstalling. I have also tried disabling the network connection. The software stops loading when the window says "ASIO Driver Magix Low Latency 2016" and the window just closes and it stops. No error message. Same thing on 19 and 18. After seeing some other posts tried to remove Sound Forge and now Vegas will load. Reinstalling sound forge makes vegas not work again. Very irritating.

That's because soundforge keeps installing the ASIO Driver, and that driver is what is causing your issue....What you can simply try is to go into your program files directory and remove everything "ASIO", if you are unable to directly uninstall it.

@Steve_Rhoden - Interesting, so I checked against my own setup. I've got both VP20 B411 and SF10 working using the ASIO Driver for the Presonus AudioBox.

This was with sound forge version 16.

Others are having the same issue and resolved it by deleting SoundForge or a user here reported deleting a registry entry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ASIO solved the problem: https://www.reddit.com/r/VegasPro/comments/14h725w/vegas_will_not_load_all_versions/
