My vegas simply resolved that now after starting, it loads the loading bar, but does not actually open. I managed to get it to work after disabling my internet. What is happening?

My Vegas is original, Vegas 20 build 370

Attached image, it's the only screen I have, then it closes by itself and nothing else happens.

Can someone please help me? Need to work!
